EZGrafix Terms of Use

Welcome to EZGrafix! Wutzeric Private Limited (“Wutzeric,” “we,” “our,” “us”) provides access to EZGrafix, an application for adding graphics overlays to live video streams. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of EZGrafix.

By making a payment to access EZGrafix, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use the service.

Access to EZGrafix
Access to EZGrafix is granted for a fixed duration based on your payment.
No login is required to use the service.
Once access is granted, it remains available for the purchased duration without cancellation options.
No Refunds
All payments made to Wutzeric Private Limited for EZGrafix are non-refundable. Once a payment is processed, no refunds or credits will be issued, regardless of usage.

No Automatic Renewals
EZGrafix does not operate on an automatic renewal model. If you wish to continue using the service beyond your purchased duration, you must make a new payment. We may send reminders before your access expires, but renewal remains your responsibility.

License to Use
Subject to compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use EZGrafix solely for personal or professional design purposes.

This license does not include:

Any resale, redistribution, or modification of EZGrafix or its contents.
Using EZGrafix to develop a competing product.
Data mining, automated extraction, or any unauthorized reproduction of content.
Unauthorized use will result in immediate termination of access without notice.

Intellectual Property Rights
All rights, title, and interest in EZGrafix, including but not limited to software, design templates, tools, and proprietary technology, are owned by Wutzeric Private Limited or its licensors.

You may not use our trademarks, logos, or branding without our prior written consent. Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide regarding EZGrafix will be owned by Wutzeric, and we may use them freely without any compensation to you.

User Content
If EZGrafix allows users to upload, modify, or share content:

You retain ownership of your content.
You grant Wutzeric a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, or process your content solely for providing the EZGrafix service.
You confirm that you have the necessary rights to any content you upload.
You agree not to upload any material that infringes upon intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other legal protections. Wutzeric is not responsible for content posted by users.

Prohibited Uses
You may not use EZGrafix:

For any illegal activities or violations of applicable laws.
To distribute harmful, abusive, or misleading content.
To interfere with or disrupt the service in any way.
Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of access without notice.

Service Availability & Modifications
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue EZGrafix at any time without notice. While we strive to provide uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that EZGrafix will always be available or error-free.

Data Loss & Liability
We take reasonable steps to ensure data security but do not guarantee against data loss. Wutzeric is not liable for any damages resulting from interruptions, security breaches, or unavailability of EZGrafix. Users are responsible for backing up their work.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wutzeric will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits, business interruption, or data loss.

Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Wutzeric, its affiliates, employees, and directors from any claims, damages, or losses arising from:

Your use of EZGrafix.
Any violation of these Terms.
Any infringement of intellectual property or legal rights.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be settled exclusively in the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.

Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of EZGrafix after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
