Yes, EvoFX allows real-time data integration from APIs, Google Sheets, and other sources, ensuring your graphics always reflect accurate information.
Does EvoFX support remote operation?
Absolutely! EvoFX offers a web-based remote control interface, allowing users to manage and update graphics from any location.
Can I bring my own designs and connect them to data?
Yes, however we will need to import your designs and configure it to use data. Please contact us for pricing.
What kind of customization options does EvoFX provide?
EvoFX enables full customization of graphics, including colors, fonts, animations, and layouts, ensuring they match your brand identity and event theme.
Are there any special hardware or software requirements to run EvoFX?
The graphics rundown control panel is recommended to be run on Chrome browser. We don’t guarantee reliable performance on other browsers currently. Hardware acceleration needs to be enabled for the 3D flag and floor text designs to work. Production software need to be using Chromium version 115 or above for browser overlays.
My graphics are not appearing or updating on control panel.
We always recommend opening the graphics rundown control panel in an incognito browser. If you have already opened in an incognito browser window, please close all windows and open a fresh incognito window to try.
My overlay is not appearing or responding on vMix/OBS/Wirecast.
Try refreshing your browser overlay source. If that does not resolve your issue, paste the overlay link in a
browser and check if graphics appear correctly there. If graphics appear correctly on browser, try closing your production software and restarting it.
How many users can operate graphics rundown control panel in parallel?
There is no restriction imposed on the number of users that can operate the graphics rundown control panel in parallel. The EvoFX engine has been frequently used with 3 users operating it in parallel. One or two users will typically update inputs, while another user will control playout.
What payment methods does EvoFX accept?
We accept a variety of payment methods, including credit/debit cards, online payment gateways, and bank transfers.
What happens after my subscription expires?
Access to EvoFX does not renew automatically. You can email us during your subscription period to renew access. If you wish to continue using the service after your access period expires, you must make a new purchase.
